Payment Policy

Our payment policy is extended to customer who want to use not only the credit card, but also insurance.

All prices on our website are in US dollars. 

When visiting our store you can pay via Credit Card, Cash and Insurance.

When checking out your purchase on www.myeyeq.com you will be presented with two options.

1. Pay with Credit Card. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
When paying with credit card the total order amount will be pre-authorized upon placing an order. You will receive a confirmation with the details of your order stating total amount. This amount will be reserved on your credit card, but not charged right away.

2. Pay with Insurance.

Online Sale Prices May Not always Be Combined with Some Insurance Plans.

You would be promted to provide your Insurance Company Name and a Policy Number. We will process the payment as per information provided. If there is an outstanding balance on your purchase, we will contact you and offer alternative ways to make payment. Balance can be paid online or when visiting our store in person.
                                                                                                                 
Upon order completion, on the day order is shipping out, the pre-authorized transaction will be realized and the total amount will be debited from your credit card. This will be the actual transaction date showing on your credit card statement.

All orders typically ship within same day to one week after order is placed. Some orders may take just a few days and some around two weeks or more. Once order is shipped and payment is taken from your credit card, you should expect to receive it within a week. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information about the shipment.
