Welcome Dr Kristen Dorman!

We are very pleased to announce our newest team member of EYEQ: Dr Kristen Dorman!

Dr. Dorman is a dedicated optometrist committed to providing personalized eye care to patients in West Bend, WI. A native of Kenosha, Wl, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and went on to graduate from the Indiana University School of Optometry.

With a focus on patient education and care, Dr. Dorman strives to address each patient's unique needs and concerns.

Her areas of expertise include primary eye care, contact lens fittings, diabetic eye exams, and pre- and postoperative cataract evaluations.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Dorman enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring her passions for travel, concerts, reading, baking, and hiking.

Dr Eric Tyler (OD, MBA) is an experienced multifaceted Optometrist with focuses in difficult eyewear refractions, prismatic induction, contact lens fitting, PRK/refractive laser Certified (Oklahoma) and has successfully co/managed multiples of thousands of cases of common ocular diseases and disorders such as glaucoma, cataracts, and PRK/Refractive Laser Surgery cases. After graduating from Indiana University School of Optometry (Biology Bachelors of Sci from Marquette University and MBA fr Arizona State), Dr Tyler opted to complete a residency at Kentucky University’s Medical School’s Ophthalmology Dept and an externship at Miami University’s School of Medicine’s Ophthalmology Dept. Needless to say; We’re extremely happy to have his expertise on the team.

Upon hearing we’ve been unable to meet the demand of people trying to get in before year’s end (with Dr’s Pedersen + Meurer being booked out/unavailable also); Dr Tyler just opened even more of his December schedule now with more nights, mornings and weekend hours at the Port WA location. Welcome Dr. Pedersen

We would like to welcome Dr. Pedersen to our family vision practice.

Eric Pedersen, OD received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. Pedersen began his optometric career serving as a brigade optometrist at Fort Benning, Georgia. After 3 years of active duty, he and his wife moved to Wisconsin where, for the last 20 years, he has practiced in Fredonia, Wisconsin. Dr. Pedersen received the Health Professions National Scholarship and has distinguished himself by earning board certification through the American Board of Optometry. He is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Pedersen is a native of South Bend, Indiana and his passion is coaching basketball and sports, in general. Dr. Pedersen and his wife, Michelle - also an optometrist, have 3 children.

Dr. Pedersen provides comprehensive eye care, to include: routine vision exams (glasses and contact lenses) and ocular disease management. He believes in taking the time needed to educate patients on their specific needs. Dr. Pedersen sees patients of all ages.
